In his short address, Dr Tobias welcomed Dr Wilson to the University Community and spoke on behalf of his fellow administrators and the University Board.

In his address, Dr Tobias indicated ‘feeling a sense of joy as we have come together for this event’, and that ‘we are ready to go into the school year with God as the only constant’.
