CARU to host in-person Union Session

28 Apr 2022 | CARU Communications

The Executive Committee of the Caribbean Union has voted that the Upcoming Union Session, to be held from July 20-22, 2022, will follow the traditional in-person format. This Committee meeting was held on Thursday 14th April 2022.

According to Pastor Claudius Morgan, Communication Director of the Union, the above-captioned decision was voted upon but also the expectation of reverting to a hybrid (in-person/virtual) session if there is a change in governmental regulations across CARU territories. A hybrid styled session would have seen all Conference/Mission Administrators and CARU Directors in physical attendance but with each island having a designated meeting point for Session delegates in that country.

CARU Session was originally carded for 2021 but was delayed due to the ongoing Pandemic.

The upcoming Session will be the first with a fully digital report. This digital report will be only available to delegates on-site only.

The union will be setting up a webpage that provides all information to delegates and the wider membership about the Session. This page can be found here. Regular key updates will be posted to our social media platforms as needed.

We give thanks to our Heavenly Father for his leading; we ask all members across the Union territories to keep the upcoming session in prayer.
